Take that first step into life at SIT with this exciting series of First-Year Experience programmes curated just for you: Helix, Club Fair, and Day Zero!

Helix 2026 (Freshmen Orientation Camp) 

• Date: 13 to 15 August 2026 (Thursday to Saturday)
• Time: 9:00am to 9:30pm (Till 10:30pm on Helix Day 3)
• Venue: SIT Punggol Campus, 1 Punggol Coast Road, Singapore 828608
• An optional overnight stay from 14 Aug to 15 Aug is available on a first-come, first-served basis, as slots are limited. 

Kickstart your SIT journey at Helix 2026—an exciting 3-day, 1-night freshmen orientation camp specially designed to welcome you into the SIT community! Meet fellow freshmen from different degree programmes, immerse yourself in the unique SIT culture, and discover what it truly means to embody the SITizen DNA. Through specially curated games, bonding activities, and meaningful community engagement activities, you’ll have the chance to make new friends across disciplines, build unforgettable memories, and experience the vibrant SIT spirit before the trimester begins.

Club Fair / SIT Student Card Collection 2026 

• Date: 22 August 2026 (Saturday)
• Time: 10:00am to 5:00pm
• Venue: SIT Punggol Campus, 1 Punggol Coast Road, Singapore 828608 

Discover your flair and connect with like-minded peers at Club Fair 2026! Whether you are looking to enhance your leadership skills, contribute to the community, pursue your passions, or simply try something new, there is something for everyone to explore. Look forward to over 100 CCA booths featuring sports, arts, culture, music, tech, and more, alongside exciting performances, live showcases, interactive workshops, and try-outs. It is the perfect opportunity to meet new friends and become part of the vibrant SIT student community. 

Note: SIT Student Card collection will only take place during Club Fair. Please ensure that you collect your Student Card before Day Zero, as access to certain campus areas and facilities may require it.

Day Zero 2026 [Compulsory for all Freshmen] 

• Dates: 
  26 August 2026 (Wed) – Business, Communication & Design (BCD), Engineering (ENG) and Food, Chemical & Biotechnology (FCB) Clusters 
  27 August 2026 (Thurs) – Health & Social Sciences (HSS) and Infocomm Technology (ICT) Clusters
• Time: 9:00am to 4:30pm / 4:40pm / 5:40pm / 5:50pm (Depending on your programme)
• Venue: SIT Punggol Campus, 1 Punggol Coast Road, Singapore 828608
• Attendance for Day Zero is compulsory for all freshmen. 

Welcome to Day Zero — your official academic introduction to life at SIT! Join us for this important academic induction programme specially designed for all freshmen as you begin your university journey. Get the opportunity to meet your academic staff, seniors, and fellow coursemates, while learning about SIT’s unique academic pedagogy and programme structure. You will also hear valuable insights from seniors and Academic Leadership, discover tips and resources to help you navigate university life successfully, and build connections to start your academic journey with confidence.
