Receiving the START Inauguration Grant has been instrumental in advancing my research, providing the foundational support needed to transform a promising concept into a tangible project. Working with my mentor was great. His guidance not only made my project better, but also taught me a lot that will help me in my career. Being part of the START program has shown me how much mentorship matters, and it has motivated me to keep pushing for excellence in both my research and teaching.

START has given me the stability to ground my work and thrive as an academic researcher. I’ve grown through exchanges with scholars in Singapore and abroad. Their insights have pushed me to deepen and stretch my ideas. Building on this foundation, I’m currently leading a large-scale AI and entrepreneurial readiness study exploring how we might open fresh pathways for cultivating creativity and intellectual agility.
