Talent Development
SIT equips students, alumni and working professionals with sustainability knowledge and skills through pathways tailored to different stages of learning and evolving industry needs. Spanning undergraduate education, Continuing Education and Training (CET), applied learning opportunities and industry partnerships, these offerings develop capabilities relevant across industries and sustainability-related roles.

Sustainability is progressively embedded across our undergraduate learning journey, from foundational exposure to deeper specialist pathways and applied learning opportunities.
Student Participation in Sustainability Activities
Beyond the curriculum, students organise various initiatives which contribute towards environmental and social causes. Here are some of the Student Clubs championing positive impact:

| SITech Developers | Empowers students to learn, build, and innovate through technology and industry engagement, while creating community impact through digital literacy outreach for youth and schools in Punggol. |

SIT provides opportunities for alumni and working professionals to enhance their sustainability expertise, upskill for emerging roles or transition into sustainability-related careers. Through Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses and workshops, learners can access flexible learning pathways that cater to different professional backgrounds, schedules and learning needs.
SIT extends sustainable education by partnering with industry and community. These collaborations support knowledge exchange and co-solutioning, enabling SIT and its partners to address pressing sustainability challenges, foster innovation and scale practices for broader impact.
SIT also offers customised courses for organisations that wish to upskill their workforce based on their business needs.
