The JCS-Echigo Study Grant was established to support financially disadvantaged but worthy undergraduates at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), so as to ensure that they can make the most of a quality university education without financial worries.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- First-year students or past recipients being considered for re-award, who are pursuing the full-time Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering (Land) programme.
- All nationalities.
- Achieved good academic results.
- Household Per Capita Income (PCI) of less than or equal to S$1,000.
Tenure and Benefits of the Study grant:
Each study grant is valued at S$5,000 and is tenable for one Academic Year.
The study grant will be used to fund the recipient’s education expenses.
Recipient of this study grant may hold another study grant concurrently.
No bond is required of the recipient.
