Eligibility

Tenderers must not be debarred from participating in the University and/or public sector tenders.

The Tenderer must have the valid Government Supplier Registration (GSR) under supply head EPU/CMP/10 Computer Related Hardware, Software and Services with financial grade S7 or above.

Tender Briefing

Compulsory attendance is required for the Tender Briefing on 19 June 2026, 4:00 PM. Please meet at SIT Punggol Campus, 1 Punggol Coast Road, Singapore 828608, Block E1 Level 1, Reception Lobby. Tenderers must register for the site tender briefing in the SIT E-Sourcing Portal by 18 June 2026 prior to attending the briefing. Attendance is limited to a maximum of five representatives from each organization.

The Tender Document will be made available upon request via email to SITPurchasing@SingaporeTech.edu.sg or you may fill up a request form at SIT’s website (https://www.singaporetech.edu.sg/procurement-opportunities). Please state the respective Tender No., full company name and contact details when requesting for the Tender Document.

Enquiries

Please submit all enquiries electronically via SIT E-Sourcing Portal no later than 1 July 2026, 6:00PM.

Closing Date and Time

Tenderers shall submit their tenders electronically via SIT E-Sourcing Portal no later than 10 July 2026, 4:00PM.
