Eligibility

Tenderers must not be debarred from participating in the University and/or public sector tenders. 

Tenderer are required to have a valid Government Supplier Registration (GSR) status under the supply head of EPU/SER/34 – Consultancy Services or EPU/CMP/10 Computer Related Hardware, Software and Services with financial grade of S4 (tendering capacity of $500,000) or above. 

OR 

The Tenderer must provide its financial statements, showing that the Tenderer has Net Tangible Asset (NTA) >=S$25,000 AND Turnover / Sales / Revenue of >= S$500,000 for the past 1 year
