Tender Briefing

There will be a Tender Briefing on 24 March 2026, 10:00 AM. Please meet at Singapore Institute of Technology, 11 New Punggol Road, Singapore 828608, assemble at W1 pick up point. Tenderers must register for the Site Tender Briefing in the SIT E-Sourcing Portal by 23 Mar 2026 prior to attending the Site Tender Briefing. Attendance is compulsory.

The Tender Document will be made available upon request via email to SITPurchasing@SingaporeTech.edu.sg or you may fill up a request form at SIT’s website (https://www.singaporetech.edu.sg/procurement-opportunities). Please state the respective Tender No., full company name and contact details when requesting for the Tender Document.

Enquiries

Please submit all enquiries electronically via SIT E-Sourcing Portal no later than 31 March 2026, 6:00 PM.

Closing Date and Time

Tenderers shall submit their tenders electronically via SIT E-Sourcing Portal no later than 8 April 2026, 4:00 PM.
