Eligibility

  1. Tenderers must not be debarred from participating in the University and/or public sector tenders.
  2. The Tenderer shall be registered as public accountant with ACRA in Singapore.
  3. The Tenderer shall have at least 30 qualified audit staffs who has experience in performing grant audit certification work in Singapore office as at date of tender closing who: 
    i) Have relevant credentials (e.g. CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA/CGAP/CIA); 
    ii) Have at least 3 years of proven track record in conducting research grant audits in the public sector organizations; and 
    iii) Are not debarred by any professional or regulatory body from performing audit or assurance work.
