Management in Aviation

This module will provide the fundamental theory of management from a manager’s perspectives in the sector of civil aviation.  The topics covered in this module include planning, organizing, leadership, controlling, basic management tools, communication, team building, and managing day to day performance. The students will learn the basic skills of decision-making, conflict management and effective communications.  This module will also discuss the ethics and social responsibility of civil aviation companies and organizations.
