Healthcare Innovation and Productivity

This module will focus on the development of knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes to enable the students to be industry-ready upon graduation to carry out healthcare innovation and productivity improvement projects.  The module will cover the principles, underpinning theories, and methodologies of innovation and productivity improvement. The students will experience experiential learning by addressing “real-world” clinical and/or operational problems within the healthcare organizations and developing innovative solutions during their clinical attachments.

Students will also develop skills in teamwork collaboration and critical thinking for effective stakeholder engagement, which is an integral component of innovation and productivity improvement professional activities.
