Business Communication
Communication has long been taken as a core competency for undergraduate students in all major universities in the world and is a prerequisite skill almost invariably required by employers in today’s knowledge-based economy. This module aims to prepare the students for effective business communications in both written and oral forms. This module equips students with writing, reading and thinking skills so that they are able to produce clear, concise, coherent and cohesive business reports that are supported by clear structures, correct grammar and style. The students will also learn the email etiquette and the effective ways of communicating neutral, positive and persuasive messages to colleagues and passengers.
