Aviation Regulatory Policy and Air Law

This module will provide students with the knowledge in the areas of laws and regulation specifically in the civil aviation sector at both international and national level.  The students will recognize the civil aviation is a highly regulated sector and how deregulation and open skies affect the operations and businesses in the sector.  This module will also cover the aviation laws and labour laws related to the civil aviation sector in Singapore.
