The Centre for Digital Enablement drives the digital transformation initiatives within the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). It works with various stakeholders, both internal and external, in upskilling digital literacy across the organisation through literacy programmes and digital innovation projects in relation to the living lab.

The Centre for Digital Enablement invites applications for Part-Time Teacher positions.

Successful candidates are expected to teach and /or develop content for one or more in the following areas under the Digital Competencies Essentials (DiCE) asynchronous module and Digital Skills & IT Enrichment (dSiTe) Framework-related micromodules. It also includes the setting of assessments and assessment marking.

About dSiTE & DiCE 

Digital Skills & IT Enrichment Framework (dSiTE): 
A set of digital competencies, comprising of generic and technical digital competencies that aims to provide a reference guide to SIT students and staff in their development of digital skills.

Digital Competency Essentials (DiCE): 
DiCE (Digital Competency Essentials) is a module comprising 14 micromodules that focus on essential digital competencies such as Digital Information & Literacy, Digital data literacy and problem solving, Digital Learning & Adoption, Digital Well-Being & Ethics and Digital Creation & Solutioning.

  • Bachelors and above from a reputable university in the relevant fields.
  • Teaching experience in institutions of higher learning is preferred.
  • Passionate in teaching and mentoring students.
