Singapore Food Manufacturers' Association Book Prize in Industrial Systems Improvement

The Singapore Food Manufacturers' Association Book Prize in Industrial Systems Improvement is established at SIT to recognise exceptional students pursuing the Bachelor of Food Technology with Honours degree programme.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

The candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Pursuing a full-time Bachelor of Food Technology with Honours degree programme at SIT.
  • Achieved the top score in the Industrial Systems Improvement module.
  • The prize will be shared equally in the event that more than one student achieves the highest score.

About the Donor

This Book Prize has been made possible with a gift from Singapore Food Manufacturers' Association (SFMA). SFMA is a professional and active trade association formed in 1967 by a small group of like-minded local food manufacturers with the purpose of developing and promoting the local food manufacturing industry. With over 300 members, SFMA has evolved into the apex body for the food manufacturing industry of Singapore and is well-recognised and endorsed by Singapore governing bodies like International Enterprise Singapore (IE) and SPRING Singapore.
