RSM Singapore Financial Scholarship

The RSM Singapore Financial Scholarship is open to financially disadvantaged and deserving undergraduates who are pursuing a degree in Accountancy at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Singapore Citizens

  • Applicant must be pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Accountancy with Honours offered at SIT

  • Achieved good results

  • Have good character record

  • Household Per Capita Income (PCI) less than or equal to S$1,000

Benefits and Obligation of Scholarship

  • Valued at S$5,000 the scholarship is applicable for one academic year

  • The Scholarship will be used for recipient’s educational expenses such as tuition fees, course materials, expenses for Overseas Immersion Programme conducted by the institute and fees for other educational activities organised by the institute

  • Recipients may apply again after the applicable period of the scholarship has expired, subject to meeting selection criteria

  • Recipients are encouraged to complete 8 months or 32 weeks of IWSP with the Donor

  • Recipients may hold other scholarship(s) concurrently

About the Donor

The Scholarship has been made possible by RSM Chio Lim LLP, a public accounting entity offering assurance and tax services. Together with Stone Forest, the umbrella name under which the business advisory and business support services operate, it is the largest accounting and business advisory group outside the Big 4 in Singapore.

How To Apply

Applications for Public Bursaries, Donated Bursaries & Scholarships will commence in July 2022. Do keep a look out for more information which will be sent to your SIT e-mail address.

Matriculated students may access the online application form via the SIT Student Intranet - IN4SIT.

Applicants will need to complete and submit the online application form after uploading all required supporting documents through the application portal by the given deadline. Scholarship applicants are expected to upload an endorsed Letter of Recommendation and their SIT Record of Achievement (where applicable).
