Kilowatts Engineering and Construction Scholarship
The Kilowatts Engineering and Construction Scholarship was established to support financially disadvantaged but deserving undergraduates pursuing the full-time Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (via Competency-based Stackable Micro-credential Pathway) undergraduate degree programmes offered by Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).
Each Scholarship is valued at S$7,500 and is applicable for one Academic Year.
About the Donor
The Scholarship is made possible with a gift by Kilowatts Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd. Established since 1983, the company has evolved to become a leading Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System provider. They have built a fine portfolio of quality projects in public and private property developments such as SGH Elective Care Centre & National Dental Care (On-going), Woodlands Health Campus, Sengkang General Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, National Environment Agency, Laboratory @ Biopolis, Parliament House Complex, Istana, Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Nanyang Technological University and Changi Prison.
How To Apply
Matriculated students may access the online application form via the SIT Student Intranet - IN4SIT.
Applicants will need to complete and submit the online application form after uploading all required supporting documents through the application portal by the given deadline. Scholarship applicants are expected to upload an endorsed Letter of Recommendation and their SIT Record of Achievement (where applicable).
