iSparkle Scholarship

The iSparkle Scholarship was established to nurture and recognise talented students pursuing full-time undergraduate degree programmes at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Full-time students pursuing an undergraduate degree programme at the Institute.
  • Any nationality.
  • Have achieved outstanding academic results as may be determined by the Institute.
  • Have made significant contributions beyond academic studies to the Institute or the community.

Tenure and Benefits of Scholarship

  • Each Scholarship, valued at $7,500, is applicable for one (1) academic year.
  • The Scholarship shall be used for the recipients' educational expenses such as tuition fees, course materials, or expenses related to approved regional study trips as well as global study trips organised by the Institute.
  • Recipients of this Scholarship may continue to receive this scholarship in a subsequent year of study, subject to the fulfilment of the above selection criteria, and with the recommendation of the Institute and the selection by the Selection Committee.
  • Recipients must seek the Institute’s approval in writing prior to accepting any other concurrent scholarship.

About the Donor

The Scholarship is made possible by a gift from Ms Tammie Tham, Chief Executive Officer, Ensign Infosecurity Pte Ltd, who hopes to support talented undergraduates at SIT as they work towards excellence in their respective fields. Ms Tham is also a Member of the Board of Trustees, Singapore Institute of Technology.

How To Apply

Applications for Public Bursaries, Donated Bursaries & Scholarships will commence in July 2022. Do keep a look out for more information which will be sent to your SIT e-mail address.

Matriculated students may access the online application form via the SIT Student Intranet - IN4SIT.

Applicants will need to complete and submit the online application form after uploading all required supporting documents through the application portal by the given deadline. Scholarship applicants are expected to upload an endorsed Letter of Recommendation and their SIT Record of Achievement (where applicable).
