Mendaki Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy (TTFS)

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Singaporean Malay undergraduates receiving MOE Tuition Fee Grant.
    • Must be a Singapore Citizen, or Singapore Permanent Resident with at least one parent who is a Singapore Citizen.
    • The TTFS is applicable to all races of Malay Descent (includes Malay, Acehnese, Ambonese, Batak, Bugis, Baniarese, Boyanese, Butonese, Dusun, Dayak, Iban, Indonesian, Javanese, Kadazan, Kelabit, Minangkabau, Murut, Makasarese, Melanau, Sumatran, Sundanese, and Indonesian Extract).
    • Students with Malay/Indonesian extract as their first component race of a double-barrelled race (e.g. Malay-Indian or Malay-Chinese) are also eligible for the scheme.
  2. Students who come from households with per capita monthly household income (PCI) not exceeding $2,400 (with effect from Academic Year 2026/2027).
  3. Students who are pursuing their first full-time Degree programme.

Quantum:

As of 10 April 2026, the income criteria are based on a four-tier system where students who come from households with per capita monthly household income (PCI) not exceeding $2,400 will be eligible for the following TTFS subsidies:

How To Apply

Submit an online application via MENDAKI website. Students who wish to apply for the TTFS outside of the stipulated application cycles are to contact MENDAKI directly to appeal for a late application.
