Hjh Maimunah Bursary
The Hjh Maimunah Bursary was established to support financially disadvantaged and deserving undergraduates pursuing the following full-time degree programmes offered by the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT):
Bachelor of Business Administration in Food Business Management (Baking and Pastry Arts)
Bachelor of Business Administration in Food Business Management (Culinary Arts)
Bachelor of Food Technology with Honours
Bachelor of Business in Hospitality and Tourism Management

About the Donor
The Bursary is made possible by Hjh Maimunah Restaurant Pte Ltd. Hjh Maimunah (pronounced ‘Hajah Maimunah’) was founded in the 1990s by Mdm Mahiran Abdul Rahman. From its beginnings in a humble shophouse at Jalan Pisang, it has grown into a heritage icon in the Kampong Gelam area and expanded into a chain of F&B outlets, frozen food manufacturing, and catering services.
