About the Donor

The Bursary is made possible with a gift by The Boeing Company

Boeing and Singapore have worked in partnership for over 77 years. In 1947, Malayan Airways Limited acquired its first DC-3 from Douglas Aircraft, a Boeing heritage company.  Today, Singapore is Boeing’s Southeast Asia headquarters, where operations range from commercial aircraft and defense procurement, services support and training to advanced research collaboration with the public and private sectors.  Boeing's products and services serve as the mainstay of Singapore's commercial aviation sector and in the modernization and mission readiness of the country’s defense forces.

The Singapore corporate office supports customers throughout Southeast Asia and beyond. Business operations include Boeing Commercial Airplanes; Boeing Defense, Space & Security; Boeing Global Services, along with its subsidiaries, which include Boeing Distribution Services Inc., Jeppesen, and Insitu Pacific.
