Provost’s List
Undergraduates with outstanding academic performance and good conduct will be placed on the Provost’s List at the end of each academic trimester, excluding the first trimester of study. To be eligible, undergraduates must have a minimum Trimester GPA (TGPA) of 4.50, be within the top 2% of the cluster cohort, and attain a minimum of 18 credits (of letter-graded modules) in the academic trimester. Where necessary, cumulative GPA will be used to determine the final list of learners placed on the Provost’s List.
Components with grades without a grade point and notations, i.e., PASS, D^, FAIL, IC^, IP, EX, TC, ABS, or W will not be included in the TGPA computation.
Undergraduates with disciplinary records or who are involved in ongoing disciplinary investigations within the same academic trimester of consideration will not be eligible. In addition, undergraduates with two or more disciplinary records within the same programme candidature will not be eligible.
