INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR AN INTEGRATED CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND STUDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SITCONNECTS) FOR TWO (2) YEARS, WITH THE OPTION FOR YEARLY RENEWAL FOR UP TO THREE (3) ADDITIONAL YEARS FOR SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
Eligibility
Tenderers must not be debarred from participating in the University and/or public sector tenders.
Tenderers must have the valid Government Supplier Registration (GSR) status under the Supply Head of EPU/CMP/10 or EPU/SER/34 of financial grade S8 or above (with a financial tendering capacity of SGD 10 million and above).
Tender Briefing
There will be an online tender briefing on 16 January 2026, 10:00 AM. Tenderers must register for the online tender briefing in the SIT E-Sourcing Portal by 15 January 2026 to receive the meeting invitation for the briefing. Attendance is compulsory.

The Tender Document will be made available upon request via email to SITPurchasing@SingaporeTech.edu.sg or you may fill up a request form at SIT’s website (https://www.singaporetech.edu.sg/procurement-opportunities). Please state the respective Tender No., full company name and contact details when requesting for the Tender Document.
