Tenderers must not be debarred from participating in the University and/or public sector tenders.

Tender Briefing

There will be an Online Tender Briefing on 19 December 2025, 2:00 PM. Tenderers must register for the online tender briefing in the SIT E-Sourcing Portal by 18 December 2025, 6:00 PM to receive the invitation to the meeting for the online tender briefing. Attendance is compulsory.

The Tender Document will be made available upon request via email to SITPurchasing@SingaporeTech.edu.sg or you may fill up a request form at SIT’s website (https://www.singaporetech.edu.sg/procurement-opportunities). Please state the respective Tender No., full company name and contact details when requesting for the Tender Document.

Enquiries

Please submit all enquiries electronically via SIT E-Sourcing Portal no later than 12 January, 6:00 PM.

Closing Date and Time

Tenderers shall submit their tenders electronically via SIT E-Sourcing Portal no later than 23 January 2026, 4:00 PM.
