The Future Ready Leadership Programme (FRLP) is a leadership development journey designed to equip our student leaders with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to lead with purpose. Through a carefully curated programme, our student leaders develop the competencies needed to lead themselves, lead teams, and make a positive difference within the SIT community and beyond. 

Grounded in the SITizen-DNA and guided by real-world leadership principles, the programme focuses on building essential capabilities such as: 

• Self-awareness and personal effectiveness

• Teamwork and collaboration
