Matriculation Related Information - AY2026/2027

Congratulations on being selected! You’ve accepted SIT’s offer, good for you! Now you just have to complete the matriculation process, and we’re good to go.

    Important Dates and Deadlines to note

    1. For AY2026/2027 intake, the matriculation package will be sent to students via e-mail as per the schedule below:

    • Selected Applicants for Early Admissions Exercise (EAE) – late March 2026 onwards*
    • All other learners, excluding CSM Pathway – from mid-May 2026 onwards*

    *Stated dates may be revised where necessary.

    2. AY2026/2027 Matriculation Exercise – A Step-by-Step Process Guide can be found in the Matriculation Guide. Students are reminded to complete all the steps mentioned in the guide STRICTLY WITHIN THE DEADLINES.

      Step 1: Reset Password

      You are required to reset your password before you can proceed to log into the Learner Portal. Refer to Matriculation Package for more details.

      Step 2: Online Matriculation Process
      • Declarations
      • Photo Submission
      • Medical History and SEN
      • Matriculation Fee Payment

       

      All matriculating students are to pay a one-time, non-refundable matriculation fee of S$54.50  
      (with GST) during the matriculation exercise. 

      Deadline: 

      • Selected EAE applicants – 10 April 2026*
      • BBA Food Business Management – 3 June 2026*
      • All other learners, excluding CSM Pathway – 30 June 2026*

      Step 3: Completion of Medical Examination

      Students who have accepted the offer by Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) are required to clear the MANDATORY medical examination before they can be successfully matriculated into SIT. Please note that certain programmes may require specific tests and/or additional vaccinations to be completed before students are certified by a qualified physician as "Fit to enroll into the programme".

      Failing to satisfy the required medical assessment/procedure may result in the need to complete the prescribed treatment before students can be certified by a qualified physician as "Fit to enroll into the programme". In the event that no treatment/alternative is available for a medical condition, the University reserves the right to refuse the student admission to the programme.

      Step 4: Setting up a student bank account

      Start:  
      Upon receiving the email notification on your successful matriculation into programme. 

      End:  
      End of Week 4 from start of trimester.

      Step 6: SkillsFuture Credit

      Application period is 60 days before the programme start date, and up to 90 days after the programme start date.

      Step 7: Transfer of Credit and Module Registration
      Transfer of CreditsEligible learners will be notified via email sent to their SIT email account regarding the application window.
      Module RegistrationLearners who need to self register for modules will be informed via SIT email.

      Step 8: Collection of Matriculation Card

      Students will be informed on the collection date in due time.
