About the Donor
This bursary has been made possible with a gift from Dr Stanley Quek through The Ireland Funds Singapore (TIFS). The gift was made in memory of Dr Quek’s mother, Mdm Tan Mui Eng, who was a firm believer that education should be made accessible to all students – especially those who are financially disadvantaged.
