Eligibility

Tenderers must not be suspended or debarred by the Standing Committee an Debarment (SCOD) from participating in public sector projects at the closing date of this Invitation to Tender.

The Tenderer must be registered with the Building and Construction Authority ("BCA") under the Construction-Related Workhead CR06 (Interior Decoration & Finishing Works) with minimum Financial Grade of L1 (up to S$0.8M).

Tender Briefing

There will be a COMPULSORY tender briefing on Wed 4 February 2026 at 2:00PM at Singapore Institute of Technology 11 New Punggol Road, W1 Level 1, SIT Visitor Gallery, Singapore 828626. Registration starts at 1 :30PM

Tenderers must register for the tender briefing via SIT E-Sourcing Portal at https://procurement.singaporetech.edu.sg by 3 February 2026 prior to attending the tender briefing. Tenderers must submit the name(s) of person (maximum of 2) who will be attending the briefing prior to attending the Tender Briefing.

Tender Documents

Tenderers may request for the tender document via email to SITPurchasing@SingaporeTech.edu.sg or fill up a request form at SIT's website at https://www.singaporetech.edu.sg/procurement-opportunities. Please state the respective Tender No., full company name and contact details when requesting for the Tender Document.

Softcopy of tender documents will be issued to eligible tenderers who have attended the tender briefing.

Enquiries

Please submit all enquiries electronically via SIT E-Sourcing Portal no later than 25 February 2026, 6:00PM.

Closing Date and Time

Tenderers shall submit their tenders electronically via SIT E-Sourcing Portal at https://procurement.singaporetech.edu.sg, no later than 4 March 2026, 4:00PM.
