Throughout the course, you will engage in practical exercises focusing on the development of financial service applications and streamlining of workflows via the Power Platform. You will then build a customer service chatbot using Azure OpenAI and integrate it with a Power Virtual Agent.

The course also delves into using Azure OpenAI for advanced financial image analysis and natural language processing (NLP) tasks, alongside an exploration of the ethical considerations associated with AI-driven financial services.
