SWDA Funding Grants

SWDA Funding
  • Applicable to Singapore Citizens / Singapore Permanent Residents (Aged below 40) / Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) Holder
  • Up to 70% of course fees. Learn more
SkillsFuture Mid-career Enhanced Subsidy
  • Applicable to Singapore Citizens (Aged 40 and above)
  • Up to 90% of course fees. Learn more
Enhanced Training Support for SMEs
  • Applicable to Singapore Citizens / Singapore Permanent Residents / Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) Holder
  • Up to 90% of course fees for fully sponsored employees of eligible SMEs. Learn more

  • To be eligible for SWDA funding, trainees must attain at least 75% training attendance and pass the associated assessment (i.e., attainment of certification) during the course.

  • SIT reserves the right to collect the balance of the course fees (i.e., the SWDA course fee grant amount) directly from the trainees and/or their sponsoring organisations, where applicable, should the above requirements not be fulfilled by the trainee.

SkillsFuture Credit

All self-sponsored Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credit to pay for course fees. Learn more

SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance

For Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above who are learners of eligible courses, to help with everyday costs while you train. There are two types training allowance available, dependent on the type of course enrolled. Learn more

TYPE 1

Full-time Training Allowance

Up to S$3,000 per month

Calculated based on 50% of your average earned monthly income in the latest 12 months* before course start date, with a minimum allowance of $300 and maximum allowance of $3,000 per month

Part-time Training Allowance
Flat rate of S$300 per month

Competency-based Stackable Micro-credentials

 

Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)

NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support* for up to $250 each year when members sign up for eligible courses supported under UTAP. NTUC members aged 40 and above will get increased funding support from $250 to $500. Learn more
