This project investigates the intersection between user trust and the safety of AI perception in AVs. It explores how human feedback and behavioural insights can be systematically integrated into the design of perception models.

The project also evaluates the perception of risk and trust in AI-driven vehicles through user studies. The goal is to improve transparency, explainability, and user-aligned performance in AV systems.

Project Deliverables/Outcomes/Impact:
  • Project started in the second half of 2025
