Flexible, Modular and Responsive to the Evolving Health and Social Care Landscape

Whether you’re looking to deepen your clinical expertise, hone in on a specialisation, or progress into advanced practice, SIT’s micro-credentials in Health Sciences offer a flexible, industry-aligned pathway to postgraduate qualification.

Developed in close collaboration with Singapore’s healthcare clusters, the Master of Health Sciences (MHSc) is a 60-credit postgraduate programme designed specifically for working allied health and nursing professionals. Delivered through a Competency-based Stackable Micro-credential (CSM) Pathway, learners earn Graduate Certificates through focused, part-time micro-credentials that can be progressively stacked towards a full Master’s degree — enabling study and work to be done in tandem.

This purpose-fit and nimble approach ensures training remains highly relevant, practical, and responsive to the evolving healthcare and social care landscape.

Under the Master of Health Sciences, learners will choose one of five specialisation tracks:

  • Adult and Geriatric Rehabilitation
  • Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
  • Medical Sonography
  • Organ Transplant Nursing
  • Rehabilitation Nursing

Students can only be awarded one specialisation.

Each micro-credential is a part-time course that leads to a Graduate Certificate, and can be stacked towards a full a Master of Health Sciences via our CSM Pathway.
