About Course
AI systems are becoming part of everyday work across sectors, and organisations increasingly benefit from professionals who can judge AI-generated outputs well and exercise sound oversight in real decision contexts. Strengthening capability in human-AI interaction and judgement under uncertainty gives professionals the tools to shape how AI is adopted responsibly, supporting better decision quality and the safe, effective use of AI at scale.
This course is the forth in a six-part Psychology of AI series, and can be taken independently of the other five.
This course introduces the AI Factory framework for transforming human knowledge, data and expertise into AI-driven workflows and solutions, combining psychology, design thinking and process innovation to support effective and ethical human-AI collaboration. It is designed for managers, leaders and professionals implementing AI systems, as well as HR, L&D, design, product and research professionals working on AI adoption, interfaces and governance.
Learners will map the AI lifecycle from problem definition and data preparation through to deployment and monitoring, working through real or simulated use cases with the Capabara AI Factory environment to design AI-enabled processes aligned with organisational goals and human-centred principles.
Delivered through in-person classroom sessions at SIT Punggol Campus, learners can expect a combination of facilitated discussion with hands-on use of the Capabara AI Factory platform.
This course is developed in partnership with Straits Interactive, a leading edtech company committed to enabling organisations to thrive in a business landscape defined by Generative AI.
