Value driven development focuses on customer satisfaction.

When managing projects, project managers have to balance customer expectations and team members’ buy-in to complete the project scope on time and within budget.

This 1-day workshop aims to enhance your teamwork performance in delivering value driven development projects. It adopts an experiential and applied approach to learning, using games, discussions, and collaborative work to encourage immediate application to your work contexts.
