Chien Ching is a life-long believer in experiential learning that involves inculcating a curious, open and critical mindset in viewing situations from multiple perspectives, based on evidence. Chien Ching has a PhD in Learning Sciences and Technology, a Masters in Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing. She is also an Associate Editor of the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology, an SSCI journal. In addition, she is a certified Knowdell Job and Career Development Coach, Job and Career Transition Coach, Specialist Adult Educator (Curriculum Development), NICF PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, and Myer-Briggs Type Indicator Certified Trainer. Her areas of interests are in technical communication, professional communication, visual communication, career and professional development, and strategy and self-regulation instruction.
