About Course

Generative AI is moving beyond individual tool use towards organisation-wide capability, giving leaders the opportunity to build sustainable, responsible AI adoption rather than relying on isolated pockets of experimentation. Structured frameworks for knowledge, skills, tools, processes and transformation enable organisations to scale AI capability deliberately across teams and functions.

This course is the second in a six-part Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and Generative Artificial Intelligence Leadership executive development series, and can be taken independently of the other five.

Learners will be equipped with the AI Capability Framework to build organisation-wide capability for responsible AI adoption. This course is structured around five core capability areas: Knowledge, Skills, Tools, Processes, and Transformation.

Learners will examine how Generative AI can be used productively and responsibly through prompt design, human judgment, and workflow redesign, and explore practical capability tools such as AI tutors, mentors, roleplays, quizzes, copilots, and workflow assistants. By the end of the course, learners will design and test an AI capability tool or workflow use case that supports responsible adoption across the organisation.

The course is delivered through classroom-facilitated training over two days, combining case studies, frameworks, and hands-on exercises using Straits Interactive's no-code GenAI platform, Capabara.

This course is developed in partnership with Straits Interactive, a leading edtech company committed to enabling organisations to thrive in a business landscape defined by Generative AI.
