The petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries have long been a key driver of Singapore's economy. These industries rely heavily on chemical engineering expertise to develop, design, and optimise complex processes that enable the production of high-value products.

The SIT Postgraduate Certificate in Chemical Engineering (PGCert CE) is designed for chemical engineers seeking career advancement in specialist or management tracks, or for mid-career individuals switching to Chemical Engineering.

The modules can be taken individually or stack towards a PGCert CE, and are each worth 6 European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) credits.

"It was enjoyable and an eye-opener, as many postgraduate students have been working in the industry for many years. It was nice to get insights on how the course could be applied and what ways the applications taught could be applied to our work."
