About Course
This course is designed to give learners a comprehensive and practical introduction to Generative AI, with a focus on how it can be meaningfully applied in real-world work contexts.
Learners will gain a clear understanding of how GenAI technologies, especially Large Language Models like ChatGPT, work, what they can and cannot do, and how to interact with them effectively through prompting.
Through a mix of guided discussions, hands-on exercises, and use case design, learners will explore applications across text, image, video, and marketing domains. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped not only with foundational AI literacy but also with practical strategies to supercharge their workflows, enhance creativity, and unlock new value in their roles and organisations.
