About Course
Generative AI has rapidly moved into the mainstream workplace, but many business professionals are still unsure how to awareness of tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot into practical, repeatable business value.
This one-day workshop bridges that gap. Learners will learn how AI can be used for augmentation rather than full automation, and explore the distinction between AI competency at the individual level and AI capability at the organisational level — understanding how organisations move from simply using AI tools to creating practical AI-powered business solutions.
The workshop is hands-on throughout. Learners will explore pre-built AI applications across business functions such as Human Resources, Sales, Learning and Development, and Marketing, before adapting one application for their own business scenario using structured prompt design and basic configuration — no coding required. By the end of the day, each Learners leaves with a working AI application prototype relevant to their own role or business context.
