About Course
Organisations across industries are accelerating their digital transformation journeys, and there is growing demand to integrate AI-enabled tools with established LEAN methodologies to improve problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement outcomes. Yet many professionals working in LEAN and operational excellence roles are still unsure how to leverage AI in a practical, structured way.
This one-day course bridges that gap. It introduces key AI concepts, practical tools, and real-world use cases that demonstrate how AI can complement LEAN thinking across process optimisation, waste reduction, and value creation. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of the role of AI in LEAN environments and develop the capability to apply AI tools more effectively in their day-to-day improvement work.
Through guided instruction, hands-on exercises, and industry-relevant discussions, participants will leave with actionable insights to strengthen LEAN initiatives, enhance productivity, and drive sustainable improvement within their organisations.
