About Course
Agentic AI now enables marketing teams to run multi-step campaign workflows, generating content variations, running audience experiments, reading feedback loops and recommending optimisations at a speed and scale that earlier generative tools could not support. This gives marketing, brand and customer experience teams the ability to test more, personalise further, and close the loop between campaign activity and results more quickly than before.
This course is designed for marketing, brand and customer experience professionals who want to build and lead AI-driven campaign workflows while maintaining control over brand standards, privacy obligations and performance risk. No coding, data science or AI engineering background is required — the focus is on practical application, decision-making and governance across the full campaign lifecycle.
Over two days, learners work through where agentic AI genuinely adds value in content generation and campaign experimentation, and where human creative judgement remains essential. They design brand-safety guardrails calibrated to different content and channel risk levels, work through the customer data and privacy exposure agentic personalisation creates, and rehearse a structured containment process for a brand-safety incident. Attention then turns to measurement: separating content velocity from real marketing value, and building reporting that stands up as ROI rather than activity.
The course opens with a condensed grounding in how agentic systems are architected, governed and costed, so that marketing judgement rests on an accurate reading of the technology.
Delivery is classroom-based, built around worked campaign scenarios, guided exercises and a hands-on playbook workshop in which learners draft a campaign governance playbook for their own team.
