Course Overview
Writing in the workplace must be clear, concise, and impactful.
Messages have to be effectively expressed and presented to achieve the desired outcomes, and effective writers pay attention to context, audience, and purpose, as well as the characteristics of good writing.
This two-day workshop shows you how to craft written messages appropriate to the situation, audience, and purpose. You will apply knowledge of good writing to different types of writing required in the workplace, such as email, meeting minutes, and letters.

- Professionals at managerial or executive levels who want to enhance their writing skills, with the focus on writing to communicate clearly and effectively in the workplace
