The ability to write complete, concise, and accurate messages is essential for any working professional as it reflects the commitment and intent of the message clearly.

Once acquired, this skill is transferrable to other forms of professional writing such as emails, meeting agendas, and minutes.

In this 2-day workshop, participants will learn how to write emails conveying neutral/good news, bad news, and persuasive messages, write a notice of meetings and agendas, as well as minutes in a concise and accurate way.

Who Should Attend

  • Professionals, managers, and executives who need to write emails, meeting notices, agendas, and minutes as part of their routine work
  • Preferably 2 years of work experience, in any industry, at an executive level and above

What You Will Learn

  • How to write elegant and well-crafted emails (conveying neutral/good news, bad news and persuasive messages)
  • How to write purposeful notices of meetings and agendas
  • How to write concise, accurate and complete meeting minutes
