Course Overview
Work is basically made up of processes. Optimisation of these processes will therefore lead to better work outcomes.
In this course, learners will learn to map work processes clearly, spot problematic areas and identify opportunities for improvement. We will demonstrate how Value Stream Mapping and Swim Lanes can significantly reduce lead times and speed up the delivery of products and services to your customers.
A brief session on data analysis is also included in the programme. At the end of the course, learners will be equipped with Lean skills that can be applied across various industries.
