About Course

Generative AI and Agentic AI are moving from pilot projects to enterprise-wide deployment, and organisations now need leaders who can convert that potential into strategic value while managing risk and governance. The Chief AI Officer role is emerging as the point of accountability for this shift, translating AI capability into measurable outcomes across functions.

This course is the first in a six-part Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and Generative Artificial Intelligence Leadership executive development series, and can be taken independently of the other five.

Learners will examine the global AI landscape and the AI Factory concept, the framework for converting data, expertise and workflows into digital intelligence products across functions such as customer service, HR, compliance, and operations. Using the GenAI Maturity Framework, they assess organisational readiness, identify priority opportunities, and consider how governance, people, technology and value must align. The course closes with learners developing a high-level GenAI strategy and phased roadmap suited to their own organisation's maturity and priorities.

Delivery is classroom-based over two days, combining lecture, case study discussion, and hands-on exercises using Straits Interactive's no-code GenAI platform, Capabara.

This course is developed in partnership with Straits Interactive, a leading edtech company committed to enabling organisations to thrive in a business landscape defined by Generative AI.
