About Course

AI agents can now carry work through a process on their own initiative, contributing to sourcing, screening, workforce analysis and decision support without a person signing off at each step. This gives HR teams a direct hand in how the technology enters the organisation. Recruitment criteria, accountability lines, reskilling pathways and performance frameworks are all set by people decisions, which places the HR function at the centre of AI adoption rather than downstream of it.

This course is designed for HR, L&D, talent acquisition, organisation design and business transformation professionals leading people-related change in AI-enabled workplaces. It is structured around three core topics: recruitment, reskilling and bias risk; agentic workforce planning and organisation design; and ethical performance management and change.

Learners work through where bias risk enters AI-assisted sourcing, how accountability is resolved when output blends human and agent contribution, and what safeguards belong in performance management.

The course opens with a condensed grounding in how agentic systems are architected, governed and costed, so that people decisions rest on an accurate reading of the technology, and closes with a workshop in which learners produce a reskilling roadmap for a business unit of their choice. It assumes no coding, AI engineering or data science background.

Delivery is classroom-based, built around guided discussion, applied HR scenarios and a hands-on roadmap workshop.
