Step into a new era of business efficiency with intelligent process automation (IPA), leveraging the dynamic capabilities of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
Over the span of two days, you will immerse in a hands-on journey into Power Apps, engaging in no-code/low-code activities to develop a customised app for a procurement workflow.
Recognising that designing an app usually requires gathering information from different sources, this course guides you through the process, emphasising the importance of a centralised approach for a smoother app-building experience. You will acquire the skills to implement secure data storage through SharePoint Online List and Microsoft Dataverse, seamlessly integrating them into your app workflow. You will also leverage the AI builder module in Power Apps to scan and identify relevant fields from images and save this to a SharePoint List.
Finally, you will learn to harness Power Automate to automate the entire process and configure it to trigger on-demand. By the end of the course, you will gain the inspiration and confidence to design and automate processes for business productivity and operational efficiency.

Certificate and Assessment
A Certificate of Attainment will be issued to participants who:
- Attend at least 75% of the course
- Undertake and pass non-credit bearing assessment during the course
Participants who meet the attendance requirement but do not pass the assessment will receive a Certificate of Participation.
