Prerequisites

Certificate and Assessment
A Certificate of Attainment will be issued to participants who:
- Attend at least 75% of the course
- Undertake and pass non-credit bearing assessment during the course
Participants who meet the attendance requirement but do not pass the assessment will receive a Certificate of Participation.
Assessment Plan
Assessment Type: Project, Demonstration and Oral Questioning
Weightage: 100%
Learners will work in teams to tackle a real-world problem using the 4D framework (Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver). The project concludes with a prototype, presentation, and final report. They will pitch their solutions to assessors, showcasing their prototypes and decision-making process. Facilitators and assessors will engage in a Q&A to evaluate understanding, rationale, and application of workshop concepts.
