This comprehensive four-week executive programme is specifically designed for aspiring and current CTOs, CIOs, and senior technology architects who recognise the critical need to lead high-impact open source initiatives and strategies within their organisations.
Beyond foundational knowledge, this programme equips learners with the leadership acumen and actionable strategies to identify, target and implement open source solutions and services at mission critical and enterprise levels. They will delve into advanced methodologies for:

- Business Model Innovation: Unlocking new revenue streams and efficiencies through open collaboration
Lastly, they will present their learnings in a Dragon’s Den-style presentation to an esteemed panel of renowned industry practitioners and experts who have successfully deployed open source solutions in leading corporations. This invaluable experience not only hones their executive presentation skills but also solidifies their expertise in leading strategic open source thought leadership.
