Our team of instructional designers create online learning solutions that are aligned with competency-based learning outcomes. We do this by:

    • Collaborating with educational developers and academic staff to design and implement purposeful assessments that provide meaningful feedback and measure learners’ progress and achievement.
    • Suggesting and using appropriate technology to support the delivery of our online lessons.
    • Managing project timelines and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
    • Incorporating data and feedback to evaluate the quality and impact of our curriculum, and to continuously improve them based on learners’ needs and expectations.

    Types of Projects We Handle

    Digital Learning Experience

Knowledge transfer, retention and application are largely dependent on the context, the content, the pedagogy, the technology, the assessment, and the individual characteristics of both academic staff and learners.

To enhance the online teaching and learning experience, our instructional designers also work hand-in-hand with our media production team.

Our media production team develops educational media resources in consultation with our teams of instructional designers and educational developers, and in collaboration with academic staff.

We develop media resources in the form of eLearning packages, videos, infographics, animations, and extended reality (XR) content, so as to bring mundane or complex theories to life and inspire greater student engagement.

    Our Resource Development Process

We develop our media resources using a structured process that involves academic staff and other stakeholders. This ensures that the resources will be able to cater to varied teaching and learning needs.
