Our faculty members work closely with industry on translational research and innovation, and provide consultancy on solutions to industry challenges. This well-established nexus with industry endows our graduates with deep skills and work-ready training experience – attuning them to the needs and demands of the future economy.

We currently have positions available from Lecturer to Associate Professor.  

Successful candidates will join CPC as members of a team of accomplished experts who are passionate about incorporating critical thinking in the teaching of writing and presentation skills of content in higher education. Successful candidates will also be actively involved in embedding the teaching of specific writing and speaking skills in content modules across academic years and programmes in different disciplines. CPC faculty are also deeply involved in industry transformation through applied research in communication in the disciplines. They are also provided with paid leave to undertake consultancy work with industry and/or spend time attached with industry.  

We will prioritise collegiate and team-spirited candidates with an earned PhD or equivalent from a reputable university, with specialisation in applied linguistics, science communication or related discipline and relevant industry work experience.
