This project aims to develop a holistic approach to project evaluation by enhancing the financial aspects. This will be applied to two key areas: Design Thinking and Lean Management. Deliverables will be in the form of video clips and a financial tool website, which will be suitable for both students and professionals alike to apply the concept of financial evaluation on potential innovation projects.
